# floatout

> Floatout lets community owners preview and publish branded Hyperliquid trading platforms with perps and existing outcome markets. Preview branding before connecting an owner wallet to claim and publish. Trader balances remain in their own Hyperliquid accounts. Creating is free. Before activation, builder fees go to Floatout and are not claimable by the owner. Earnings activation is a one-time payment with an ongoing platform share. Activated fee contracts pay claims against roots published by Floatout. Correct fee allocation depends on that publisher, and administrative upgrade delays do not delay root publication. Floatout does not create arbitrary prediction questions or grant a regulatory licence.
